• Step 1: Scroll to the Advanced export query section of the tool.
• Step 2: Export object_portfolio information according the following criteria (Manual Export):
• Step 3: select output format
• Step 4 (optional): specify institute information

To create the HTML e-journals list, you can simply click on the radio button next to ‘Export full text journals in HTML format, and then click on ‘Submit’.

To create the A-Z index for the Find E-journal, log in to the server as the instance user and type:

• ./aztools/az_index_builder.pl

You will get the following output on the screen:

Note: To ensure the A-Z index is updated daily with changes in the SFX instance, it is recommended to set up a cron job to build the A-Z index.

Go to the server_admin_util and select 7 (AZ Index) :
