Your Accounts NetIDAll SU Library staff are assigned a NetID. The NetID is a university-wide identifier and is required for access to enterprise data (such as payroll) and to use SU and SUL computing resources from a remote location. In addition, if a staff member wants to have his or her own web page, the NetID can be used for access to a personal space on the CMS SUnix server, which can be used to publish a personal web page. Novell AccountEach SU Library staff member is given an account to access the Novell NetWare server for file and print services. AD / Outlook / Exchange AccountEach SU Library staff member is assigned an account to access the AD system. It is also used for Outlook / Exchange email and calendaring system. Your AD account and password should be the same as your NetID. Voyager AccountIf a staff member’s job requires access to the acquisitions, cataloging or circulation modules of the Voyager system, an account will be assigned with the necessary privileges.
